How the product is organized

Peleka's dashboard is built around a handful of core objects. Understanding how they relate makes everything else easier:

• Contacts are the people in your audience. Every contact has a status (subscribed, unsubscribed, pending, bounced, complained, or cleaned).
• Tags and Segments are how you organize contacts, since Peleka doesn't use a "lists" model. Tags are simple labels; segments are saved filters (static or dynamic/rule-based) built from behavior, purchase history, and properties.
• Broadcasts are one-off (or scheduled) email campaigns you send to a segment, a set of tags, or your whole audience.
• Automations (sometimes called journeys or flows) are multi-step, trigger-based sequences: welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, win-backs, and anything else you can build on a canvas.
• Forms capture new contacts through popups, embeds, landing pages, sticky bars, and slide-ins.
• Templates are reusable starting points for the same drag‑and‑drop email builder used by both broadcasts and automations.
• Analytics rolls all of the above up into reports, plus a dedicated report per broadcast, automation, and form.
