Domains & Sending overview

How sending domains, sender profiles, and deliverability fit together.

Everything about how your email actually gets delivered lives under Settings → Domains and Settings → Sender Profiles.

The moving parts

  • A sending domain is a domain you own (e.g. mail.yourbrand.com) that you authenticate with Peleka via DNS records, so mail goes out looking like it's really from you, not a generic amazonses.com address.
  • A sender profile is a reusable "From" identity (name + address) built on top of a verified domain, used when you configure a broadcast or automation email.
  • Warmup is an automatic, gradual sending-volume ramp every new domain goes through, designed to build inbox-provider trust before you're allowed to send at full volume.
  • Peleka also has a Form Handle setting (<handle>.pelekaform.com) for hosting landing pages: a lighter-weight version of the same "make it look like yours" idea, using a CNAME + TXT record instead of full email authentication.
